on777 Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with the Platform

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise:

• "on777" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming platform operated at on777.bio and all associated services, products, software, and customer support channels.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a player on on777 following successful registration.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses any service offered by on777.

Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on on777. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, mobile numbers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

When registering your on777 Account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including:

• Your legal full name as it appears on your government-issued identity document.
• Your valid Pakistani mobile number — this becomes your on777 login identifier.
• Your date of birth, confirming you are 21 years of age or older.
• A valid email address (where required for account communications).

on777 reserves the right to require KYC document verification at any time, including but not limited to: before processing any withdrawal; when unusual account activity is detected; when account details are changed; or when required to do so by the Platform's regulatory obligations. Accepted KYC documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC or passport. Failure to provide KYC documents within the time period specified by on777 support will result in Account suspension until verification is completed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your on777 login credentials. on777 support staff will never request your password. You must notify on777 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

on777 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of deposit, which currently include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL internet banking, UBL Digital, Meezan Bank, and general bank transfer. on777 reserves the right to add or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500 unless otherwise stated at the time of deposit. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by on777, though individual payment method providers may apply their own limits.

• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited on on777.
• on777 does not charge a fee for standard deposits. Payment provider transaction fees, where applicable, are the responsibility of the Player.
• on777 reserves the right to decline or reverse deposits at its sole discretion, including where fraud, money laundering, or terms violation is suspected.

• The withdrawal amount does not exceed your available real-money balance (exclusive of bonus funds).

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.

• on777 reserves the right to limit, restrict, or close the account of any Player whose betting activity on777 determines to be professionally motivated or otherwise in conflict with on777's business model.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on on777 and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action:

• Use of automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with on777 games.
• Collusion between Players in any on777 multiplayer or live casino game.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or placing bets on outcomes you have pre-arranged or have inside knowledge of.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the on777 Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any on777 content without prior written consent from on777.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, on777's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of your real-money balance at the time the claim arises. on777 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of on777.
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

Where an Account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions or prohibited conduct, on777 reserves the right to forfeit the Account balance. In all other cases of Account closure (including voluntary closure by the Player), the real-money Account balance will be returned to the Player via the most recent verified payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process within thirty (30) days of submission, either party may seek resolution through the applicable dispute resolution mechanism provided under on777's gaming licence conditions. on777 will provide full information on the applicable escalation pathway upon written request submitted to on777 customer support.

Nothing in this Section limits any mandatory statutory rights you may hold under the laws of your jurisdiction that cannot be waived by contract.
